Proposed starter checklist

Assemble a supplier package

The owner’s checklist was not present in the supplied task details or checkout. This proposed list is a preparation aid only; confirm each company’s current requirements before sending documents.

CPT’s published application specifically requests a W-9 and certificates for general liability, auto liability, and workers’ compensation, plus company skills and certification details. Its form sets separate technician-employment conditions; read those before applying.

  • Company profile and a capability statement aligned to the requested work
  • Georgia service area, dispatch coverage, travel radius, and technician availability
  • W-9 and legal-entity details for the contracting company
  • Current certificates of insurance and policy limits, checked against the opportunity requirements
  • Only the licenses, certifications, and safety credentials the company actually holds
  • Workforce model, background/access readiness, and after-hours or on-call capacity
  • Relevant project references that ATL 511 CPU is authorized to share
  • A sample work-order closeout with documentation such as photos, test results, and sign-off

Contracting cautions

Verify the opportunity before committing

Owner-provided cautions

  • Current Georgia subcontractor openings for the additional targets are unverified.
  • These companies are not all government prime contractors.

The first three routes are published company application or recruiting paths. They do not establish that ATL 511 CPU has been accepted, that work is available in Georgia, or that any particular solicitation is a subcontract.

Suggested pre-award review
